HomeMy WebLinkAbout09-30 RESOLUTIONi WHEREAS, on the RESOLUTION. q- day of the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,by resolution duly adopted, did -authorize- the Mayoflf `said City- to -sign a petition for the creation of an Improvement District for the purpose of constructing a water line leading from the mains of the said City to the Aviation Field and the Country Club;and WHEREAS; said resolution was not entered of record,and has been lost or mislaid,and WHEREAS, by authority of T.S.Tribble, has NOW, THEREFORE, BE "SECTION ONE: said resolution, the Mayor of said City, signed said petition, IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS: That the signing of said petition Mayor of said City ,be,and the same is hereby adopted as authorized by said City Council as hbove mentioned resolution had been placed of by T.S.Tribble,as approved, and fully as if said record as it should havebeen,in the minutes of the meeting of said Council,held on the day of SECTION T1''0: That the City Clerk of said City be,and he is hereby, authorized and directed to complete and correct the said minutes. by writing in the margin of the record of said minutes,a reference hereto. SECTION THREE• That this resolution is in lieu of said lost reso- lution,and shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval,and that all resolutions in conflict here- with be. and the same are hereby,repealed.
