APPROVAL OF PLANS
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, held on then/. CI) day of
in the year 1929, there was presented to said Council by the
Board of Improvement of Alley Improvement District Number Forty
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, their report, together
with the plans of the work to be done in the construction of the
improvement contemplated by said Improvement District,and the
said report having been read in open meeting of said Council
and it appearing from said report that the total cost of said
improvement, exclusive of interest charges, is the sum of $1.0 e md,

and practicable and that the district should proceed to make
the improvement in this manner,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, That said plans and said report
be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted and that said
improvement be constructed according to said plans and at a
cost not to exceed,- exclusive of interest charges, p ds.
