Whereas, the Board of Improvement of Annex Number One to
South College Avenue Improvement District Number One of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas has this day presented to the City Council a
petition setting forth the fact that on November 15th, 1929 the
Honorable J. Lona Slaughter County Judge of Washington County,
Arkansas, sitting as the Washington County Court, issued an order
with reference to refunding the bonded indebtedness of Annex Number
One to South College Avenue Improvement District Number One of the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and
Passed and Approved - November 24, 1929
