thereaSsthe Board of ImproVement of said Distract has reportedto
the City Council of said City that they have adopted plane for
making the improvement contemplated in the organisation of said.

FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAB,
SECTION ONE: that E.L,,Nott1eship,U.L.Smetier and A.C.Ucker,three
qualified electors of the City of Fayetteville,Arkaneae,be and
they are hereby appointed to be the 'Board of Assessment for
Paving Improvement District Number Forty' -three (43) of the City
of Fayettevilie,Arkansase
