RESOLUTION
LEVYING THE TAXES FOR THE YEAR 1929 UPON THE REAL AND Pa'SONAL
PROPERTY WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYis'TTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE:
That the rate of taxes for CITY GENERAL PURPOSEs,for the year
1929 be,and the same is hereby declared to be FIVE HILLS (5mills) on each
.--_ ,ol].ar-offlassesssed-valuation••Qf--all-real-.wind-porsonal=property-within-the
corporate limits of the city of FayettevillesArkansas,as shown by the
Assessment Books for State and County purposessand that the same is hereby
levied;and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to certify this levy to the County Clerk of Washington County,Arkansas,to
the end that the same may be -placed on the Tax Books and collected with
State and County Taxes.
SECTION TWO:
That the rate of taxes for Fire Departrne t iurpose for the
year 1929 be, and the same is hereby declared to be ,yz pn/
MILLS on each dollar of assessed valuation of all real and personas pro-
pert+ within the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,as
shown by the Assessment Hooke for State and County purposes,and that the
same is hereby levied;and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby author-
ized and directed to certify this levy to the County Clerk of Washington
County,Arkansassto the end that the same may be placed on the Tax Books
and collected with the State and County Taxes.

That the rate of taxes for City Hospital;urposeq.
year 1929 be, and the same is hereby declared to be �sr

ton County,Arkansaa,to the end that the same may be placed on the Tax books
and.coliected with the State and County Taxes.
SECTION FOUR:
That the rate of taxes for the purpose of paying Funding bonds
and interest thereon for the year 1929 be, and the same is hereby declared
to be TWO AND ONE-HALF (2i) MILLS on each dollar of assessed valuation of
all real and personal property within the corporate limits of the City of
Fayotteville,Arkansassas shown by the Assessment Books for State and County
purposes,and.the same is hereby levied; and the Mayor and the City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to certify this levy to the County
Clerk of Washington County,Arkansas,to the end that the same may be placed
on the Tax Books and collected with the State and County Taxes.
