That C. D. Carmichael, a qualified elector of the City of
Fayetteville, and an ownerof real property within the limits of West
Mountain Street Improvement District Number One of said City be,
and he is hereby appointed to by a member of the Board of
Improvement of said District in place of W. P McNair, deceased as
Secretary of said Board;
Passed and Approved — October 14, 1929
