WHEREAS, the Board of Improvement of Paving Improvement
Distbiet Number Forty-two of the City'of Fayetteville, Washington
County, Arkansas, has filed in the office of the city clerk and
presented to the City Council its report shoring that it has employ-
ed E.M. Ratliff eimilmags re to_
ppare plans -and make _an_ tereost
of the improvement to be made in said improvement district, and
WHEREAS, it appears from said report that sales engineerf
had made plans an4 submitted an estimate of the cost of such.
improvement to the said board of improvement and that said board of
improvement has approved -the plans and estimate of cost, and
WE REASA, it Appears from such report that the estimate
cost of said im rovement is the sum of $10,000.00 and noes not
•excedd % tl _ O of the assessed valuation of the real estate
within said improvement district.
THEREFORE, BE IT�,RESOLVED: That
the above mentioned .reports%is approve..d,,

three electors of the City of Fayetteville, be and they
are hereby appointed as a board of assessment- of -the benefits to be
received by each lot or block or other sub -division of land in said
district byteason of the f�,
proposed improvement and they 'are
directed to proceed to assess and charge against eachlot or block
or other sub -division within said improvement district the benefits
which will be received by reason of the proposed improvement to be
made in sald improvement district.

hereby authorized to proceed with the making of the improvement
in accordance with the plans adopted by them, the costs not exceed-
ing the sum of $10,000.00.
