RESOLUTION.
A petition asking for the establishment of an Improvement
Dibtrict for the purpose of grading,rolling and paving Watson

Street in the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,and claiming to be
signed by a majority in assessed value of the owners of real pro-
perty within the limits of the territory therein set forth and de-

scribed,was presented to the City Council of the city of Fay-
etteville,Arkansas,on the3Oth day of Septembet, 1929,
THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILTF,ARKANSAS:
That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,be,and he
is• -hereby.. directed to cause to be published a notice, once a week
for_twoweeks-according.-to-the-provisi-ons -of-Act 64,Aots--of-Arkansas;
approved February 28thy4,1929,stating that a hearing to determine
whether or not said petition issigned by a majority in assessed
value of the owners of real property within said District will be
held on Monday the 21st day of October,1929.
Passed and approved this 3oth day of September, 1929.
