WHEREAS:
It was the intention of the Finance Committee in setting
aside a fixed sum for Permanent Street Improvement that said item
of._the budget should be paid from the Street Fund;and
WHEREAS:

Therefore,be it resolved by the City Council of the City of:

Section One.
That the Mayot and the City Clerk be,and they are
herb authorized and directed to draw a warrant in the sum of

ville,Arkansas to the General Fund of said City to reimburse said
