Whereas, the citizens of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, have
by their aid and cooperation made possible certain needed repairs on
City Fire House Number One and have also been most generous in
contributing funds for suits for the city firemen, the Mayor, Clerk,
Attorney, Engineer, Members of the Council and other city officials of
the said City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, wish to express their
appreciation of these public spirited acts on the part of the said
citizens,
