Board of Asses-ment of Alley Improvement District Number
Forty (40) of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,did,on the
8th day of July; -1929; deposit' with the •City—Clerk- of sa'ld
City the Assessment Roll of said Alley Improvement District

the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, duly
subscribed by each of them;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE:
That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas,be,and he is hereby,required to cause to be publish-
ed in the Fayetteville, Democrat, a daily newspaper publish-
ed in said City,a notice stating that said Assessment Roll
has been so filed by said Board of Assessment,and that the
same is now subject to inspection.
SECTION TWO:
That all resolutions or orders in conflict here-
with be, and the sane are hereby,repealed,and this resolution
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
