WHEREAS:
A petition,purporting to contain the signatures of a -majority in
assessed value of the owners of real property within the limits of .the
territory therein described and set forth,was presented to the city Council
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,on the 24th day of ffunel, 1929,pray-
organized ljand formed into an Improve-
ment district for the purpose of grading,rolling and paving a portion of
South School Avenue as therein set forth,
THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLF.,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE:
That a hearing off said petition to determine whether those per -
in assessed value
sons who have signed .the same constitute a majority,and what majorit/ of the
said owners of real property within the limits of the territory hereinbefore
mentioned,and which is set f6rth and described in said petition,will be had
at a meeting of said city council to be on the 11'Sh day of dj(J-zeya929P

beginning at M)W P.Y. thereof.
SECTION TWO:
That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas be, and
he is hereby directed to cause to be published a notice,in accordance with
the provisions of Section Two, Act No.6 Acts of Arkansas, 1929, advising
all owners of real property within the limits of the territory aforesaid,
that said petition has been so filed requesting that said district be so
formed and that the cost thereof be assessed and charged against the real
r
property within said limits,and that on the IMh day of,fWgr,• 1929,a.t 5,O)ox
P.M. thereof,the said city council will determine whether the same is signed
by the majority in uasessed value of such property caner
