In order to provide for the welfare, safety, comfort and
convenience, of the citizens of the City of Fayetteville, residing on
North Gregg Street and in the vicinity thereof, it is necessary that a
sidewalk by constructed along the West Side of Gregg Street from the
intersection of Ida Avenue to Dickson Street,
Passed and Approved - June 24, 1929
