Whereas, On the 11th day of December 1928, there was filed
with the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a Petition
purporting to contain the signatures of the majority in value of the
owners of real property situated within Alley Paving District Number 40
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas;
Passed and Approved — December 11, 1928
