Whereas, John P. Smith, W. L. Crouch and U. L. Smelser, as the
Board of Assessment of Annex Number One to Sewer Improvement
District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, did on the
10th day of December, 1928, deposit with the City Clerk of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, the Assessment Roll of Annex Number One to
Sewer Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas duly subscribed by each of them,
