Whereas; Mrs. Julia A. G. Welch , on October 19, 1928, executed
a deed to the City of Fayetteville in trust for the Fayetteville City
Hospital, a corporation, for certain property in the City of Fayetteville,
which property is described in said deed, and is recorded in Deed
recorded No. 255, on page 236., of the Records of Washington County,
Arkansas,
