Whereas, the Board of Improvement of Annex Number one to
Sewer Improvement Districts Number One of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, has this day presented to the City Council a petition setting
forth the fact that on October 5th, 1928, the Honorable H. L. Baker,
County Judge of re -funding the bonds of Annex Number One to Sewer
Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas; and
