of North College Avenue Improvement District Number One of th
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by reason of the resignation
and removal from the City of'H.C. Evins;
THEREF"ORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,

Arkansas,be, and he is hereby, appointed to be a member of
the Board of Assessment of North College Avenue Improvement
