WHEREAS..

W..E.Oraham has declined to 'serve as a member of the
Board of assessment of Paving District Number Thirty -
Nine of the City of Fayetteville*Arkansas;, and has
resigned therefrom:and
Whereas,
l
said resignation has been duly accepted by the. City
Council of the said City, thus creating a vacancy in the mem-
bership of said Board;
IHtREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE/ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE:
That W.H. Suinners;, a qualified elector of the City
of Fayetteville* Arkansas be„ and he is hereby appointed to be.
a member of the Board of Assessment of Paving District
Number Thirty-nine of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
SECTION TWO:
That this resolution shall take effect andbe in
force from and after its passage and approval* and that all
resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewithbe,

and the same are hereby'repealed*
