W.E.Graham has declined to serve as a member of the
Board of assessment of Curb and Gutter District Number
Thirty-eight of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas, and has
resigned therefrom;and
Whereas,
said resignation has been duly accepted by the City.
Council of the said City,thus creating a vacancy in the mem-
bership of said Board;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE:
That W.H. Summers, a qualified elector of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas be, and he is hereby appointed to be
a member of the Board of Assessment of Curb and Gutter District
Number Thirty-eight of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
SECTION TWO:` F
That this resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval, and that all
resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be,
and the same are hereby repealed.
