R E S O L U T I O.N

WHEREAS, the Board of Improvement of Curb and Gutter District
No. 38 of the city of Fayetteville, Washington County, Arkansas, has filed
in the office of the city clerk and presented tothe City Council its report
showing that it has employed E. M. Ratliff Company to prepare plans and
make an estimate cost of the improvement to be made in said improvement
district, and
• WHEREAS,it appears from said report that said engineers have -•
made plans and submitted an estimate of the cost of such improvement to
the said board of improvement and that said board of improvement has
approved the plans

appointed as a board of assessment of the benefits to be received by
each lot or block or other sub -division of land in said district by
reason of the porposed improvement and they are hereby directed to pro-
ceed to assess and charge against each lot or block or other sub -division
within said improvement district the benefits which will be received by
reason of the proposed improvement to be made in said improvement district.
That the said board of improvement be and they are hereby
authorized to proceed with the .making of the improvement in accordance
with the plans adopted by them, the costs not exceeding the sum of
$12.750.00.
