Whereas, the Board of Improvement of Curb and Gutter District
Number Thirty-eight of the City of Fayetteville, Washington County,
Arkansas, has filed in the office of the City Clerk and presented to the •
City Council its report showing that it has employed E. M. Ratliff
Company to prepare plans and make an estimate cost of the
improvement to be made in said Improvement District and,
Passed and Approved - July 2, 1928
