That J. L. Slaughter, C. H. Luther and Bert Watson, three
persons who are owners of real property within the limits of Curb and
Gutter District Number Thirty-eight of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas be, and they are hereby appointed as the Board of
Improvement for said District.
