Whereas, in order to provide for the public welfare, safety
comfort and convenience of the citizens of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas residing on North Olive Avenue and vicinity, it is necessary
that a sidewalk shall by constructed along the east front lots 5 and 6,
Block 18, Gunter Addition to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas;
Passed and Approved - June 11, 1928
