Resolution 10-1928
Whereas, In order to provide for the welfare, safety, comfort and
convenience of the inhabitants of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
residing on Ida Avenue and adjacent territory it is necessary that a
sidewalk by constructed along the South Side of Ida Avenue from the
intersections thereof with Gregg Street westward to connect with the
walk as now constructed and existing along said South side of said
Street,
