Whereas, M. S. Powers, Geo. N. Cade and G. E Ripley, as the
Board of Assessment of Paving Improvement District Number Thirty-
six (36) of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, did, on the 3rd day of
October, 1927, deposit with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, the assessment Roll of Paving Improvement District Number
Thirty-six (36) of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, duly subscribed by
each;
