Whereas, F. P. Hall, W. C. Hight and Clem Pearson, as the Board
of Assessment of Sewer Improvement Number One of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, did on the 25th day of July, 1927, deposit with
the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, the re -assessment
Roll of Sewer District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
duly subscribed by each of them;
