Whereas, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, held on the 18th day of July, 1927 there was
presented to said Council by M. B. Slade, E. Gary and W. C. Smith, as
Board of Improvement of Paving Improvement District Number Thirty-
six of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, their report, together with the
plans of the work to be done in construction of the Improvement
contemplated by said Improvement District,
