To the end that assessment in street improvement districts may
be uniforms and equitable, and at the same time by strictly in accord
with the law governing assessments upon real property for local
improvements, the Board of Assessment of the several street
improvement districts within the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas by
requested to adopt the following systems of assessment;
Passed and Approved - July 11, 1927
