Whereas, Section 5718 of Crawford & Moses Digest of the
Statutes of Arkansas requires that all Boards of Improvement shall
annually, during the month of September, file with the Clerk of the
City a settlement showing all collections and money received and paid
out, with the proper vouchers for all such payment;
Passed and Approved - July 11, 1927
