WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville,Arkansas,heli on tke 14th day of February,1927,there was
presented to said Clty Council,by E.E.Trippe,N.W.Noore,and H.Y.Hulgins
as/the Board of Assessment of Improvement District Niumher Thirty-three
(3.3) of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,tkeir report of the Assessment

of'Benefits'against tkreal property within said Improvement District;
WHEREAS,on said 14th day of February,1927,by Resolution duly passed
ani approved,the said City Council ordered the City Clerk of said City
of Fayetteville,krkansas,to publish a notiee,stating that sail Assess -
went Roll had been so filed and was subject to inspection;
WHEREAS,.1aid notice was so
1927,according to law;
WHEREAS,said City Council has failed,in the nanner'and_ form and
at the time required by law,to take final and definite action thereon
and pass and cause to be published an Ordinance levying said Assessment;

duly filed by the Board of Assessment of Improvement District Number
