Whereas, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, held on the 2nd day of May, 1927, there was
presented to said Council by H. C. Evins, L. M. Holt and J. W Robison
as the Board of Improvement of Improvement District Number Thirty-
two of the City of Fayetteivlle, Arkansas, their report, together with
the plans of the work to be done in the construction of the
improvement contemplated by said Improvement District, and the said
report having been read in open meeting of said Council and said plans
having been exhibited to said Council and to each member thereof,
Passed and Approved - May 2, 1927
