Whereas, a certain "CONTRACT FOR THE LEASE OF REAL
ESTATE", made and entered into on the 3rd day of December, 1921, by
and between the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, as part of the first
part, and A. M. Byrnes as party of the second part, whereby the said
party of the second [art did lease and let to the party of the first part
certain real estate, situated in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, to -wit
Passed and Approved — April 18, 1927
