Whereas, W. N. Gladson, H. M. Hudgens and R. E. Wages as the
Board of Assessment of Improvement District Number Thirty -Five of
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, did on the 2nd day of April, 1927,
deposit with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, the
assessment Roll of Improvement District Number thirty-five of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, duly subscribed by each of them;
Passed and Approved - April 4, 1927
