That W. N. Gladson, H. M. Hudgens and R. E. Wages, three
qualified electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas are hereby
appointed to constitute a board of Assessment of the benefits to be
received by each lot, block or other subdivision of land within
Improvement District Number Thirty-five (35) of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas by reason of the proposed improvement.
