Whereas, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, held on the 21st day of February, 1927, there
was presented to said Council by G. E. Ripley, F. N. Gray and W. F.
Dunn, as the Board of Improvement of Improvement District Number
Thirty-five (35) of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, their report,
together with the plans of the work to be done in the construction of
the improvement contemplated by said improvement district, and the
said report having been read in open meeting of said Council, and
Passed and Approved - February 21, 1927
