with the City Clerk of the City of Favetteville,Arkansas,the assessment
of Improvement District Number Thirty Three(33) of the City of Fayetteville,

NOW, THEREFOR:, 3E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL -0F THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLF.,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE:That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkamsas,be,and he is hereby required to cause to be published in the
Fayetteville Democrat,a daily newspaper,published in the City of : 6,
Fayetteville,Arkansas,a motice,stating that said assessment has been so
filed by said Beard of Assesstrs,.and that. the same is now subject to
inspection.
SECTION Two;That all Orders and Resolutions in conflict t
herewith be,and the same are,hereby repealed.,and this Resolution shall tains
