Whereas, D.M.ALLEN,W.L.Crouch and M.W.Moore,as the Boardof
Assessment of Improvement District Yumber Thirty-one(31)of the City of the:
Fayetteville,Arkansas,did,on the 27th day of December,1926,deposit with,
the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,the Assessment Roll of
Improvement District Number Thirty-one(31)of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas,duly subscribed by each of them;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE,AREANSAS:
SECTION ONE:That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,Ark-
andas,be,and he. is hereby,required to cause to be published in the
Fayetteville Democrat,a daily newspaper published in the City of Fayetteville
Arkansas,a notice,stating that said Assessment has been so filed by said
Board of Assessment,and that the same is now subject to inspection.
SECTION TWO;That all Orders and Resolutions in conflict herewith
be,and the same are hereby,repealed,and this Resolution sh41 take effect
and=be.-in-force from=andafterwits'passage-and-approval.-
