That G. E. Ripley, W. F. Dunn and F. N. Gray, three property
owners of real property within the limits of Improvement District
Number Thrity-five of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be and they
are hereby appointed as a Board of Improvement for said District,
Passed and Approved - December 27, 1926
