Whereas, on the 6th day of December, 1926, there was duly filed
with the city council of the City of Fayetteville Arkansas, a petition
purporting to contain the signatures of a majority in value of the
owners of real property situated in Improvement District Number
Thirty-five in value of the owners of real property situated in
Improvement District Number Thirty-five of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas;
Passed and Approved — December 6, 1926
