APPROVAL OF PLANS.
i
Whereas,at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas,held on the 6th day of December,1926,there was presented to said
Cpuncil by W.J.Lewis,Sterling Price,and.D.J.Coillns,as Board of Improvement
of Improvement District Number Thirty-one(31)of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas,their'report,together with`the plans,of worleto be'done in the

constructionof the improvement contemplated by said Improvement District,
and the said report having been read .in open meeting of said council and
said pland having been exhibited to said Council and each member thereof,
and it appearing from the said plans that ace total cost of said improve-
ment,exclusive of interest charges,is the sum of $23.863,00 and the said
Council being satisfied that the plans are feasible and practicable .and
that. the same are correct;
NOW,TBEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY Mb CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVII,LE,ARKANSAS:
That said plans and said report be,.and the same are hereby approved
andadopted andthat=7saidAmprovement be constructed,;according_toaaid....
plats and at a cost not to exceed,exclusive of interest charges,
$23.863.00
