That Sterling Price, W.J.Lewis and D.J.Collins, three owners.of
rea1,property,withi4 the limits of Improvement District Number Thirty-,
one (31) of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,be,anal they are hereby,
appointed as the Board of Improvement for said District.
That this Resolution shall be in force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
