R E S O L U T I O N.

WHEREAS, a petition claiming to represent a majority in ownership
in value of owners of real property within Improvement District Number
Thirty-three of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, said District being
laid off, declared and designated under Ordinance Number 633 of the City
o f Fayetteville, Arkansas, for the purpose of improving by grading, roll-
ing and paving East Hock Street from. the East line of South College
Avenue to the East line of Mill Avenue and Mill Avenue from the South
line of East Rock Street to the junction of the Huntsville Hoad and
Huntsville Hoad from the junction of Mill Avenue to the West line of
the alley w}iich lies betvreen Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Two (2),
Norwood's Second Addition"to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, was
duly filed with the -City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
