RE SOLUT ION 210
WHEREAS,on the 1st day of November,1926,there was duly filed with
the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,a petition purporting
to contain the signatures of a majority in value of the owners of real prop«
erty situated within:' Improvement District Number Thirty,-one(31)of the City
of Fayetteville,Arkansas;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE„ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE:That a hearing of said petition to determine whether
those persons who have signed said petition constitute a majority in value
of the owners of real property situated within said Improvement District will
be held by said CityCbbncil at the Mayors Office in said City of Fayette«
ville,Arkansas,on the 29th day of November,1926,beginning at 7;30 P.M.of
said day.

SECTION TWO:That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas,be,and he is hereby instructed and directed,to cause to be publish -
cd a notice in accordance with Section One,Act 125,Acts ofcArkansas,1913,z':
advising all owners of real property within Improvement District Number
Thirty -One of the City_of Fayetteville,Arkansas.,thatra_petition_was .present«
ed to said City Council,November lst,1926,requesting that the contemplated
improvement be undertaken,and that the cost thereof be charged and
assessed against the real property within said district,and that on the 29th
day of November,1926,the said City Council will determine whether or not said
petition is signed by such majority in assessed valuation.
Passed and approved this 8th day of November,1926.
