WHEREAS, on the ( gritty of (Q p , 1926, there was
duly filed with the City Council of the City of Fayetteville; Arkansas,
a petition purporting to contain the signatures of a majority in value
of the owners of real property situated in Improvement District Number
Thirty-four of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas;
NOWT'THEREFORE,°-BE=IT7RESOL-VED4•BY THE-CITY`C)UNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILIE,ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That a hearing of said petition to determine whe-
ther those pars ons who have signed said petition constituted a majority
in value of the owners of real property situated in said Improvement
District will be held7Wisa±d;City Council at ,,the Mayor's Office in
said City of':Faye tteville, Arkansas on the '!'day of "Apcndid1926,
beginning at elem6 of said day.•

SECTION TWO:es-That the City -Clerk of said City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, be and he is hereby instructed and directed to cause
to be published a -notice, in accordance with Section One, Act 125,
•_;: Actsao-fAArkansas,,1913.,-advising-afl<towne-rs of real property within
Improvement District Number Thirty-four of the City of Fayetteville;
Arkansas, that fan petition'7itJfwas presented to said City Council on the

provement be underiken; and that the costs thereof be charged and
assessed against the real property within said District; and' that on
the day of )710Jrat, 1926, the said City Council will determine
whether or not said petition is signed by such majority in assessed valua-
tion.
