NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CDUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: That a hearing of said petition to determine
whether those persons who have signed said petition constituted a ma-

jority in value of the owners of real properbjl?situated in said Im-
provement District will be held by said City Council at the Mayor's
Office in said City of Fayetteville; Arkansas, on the

SECTION TWO: That the City Clerk of said City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, be and he is hereby instructed and directed to cause to be
published a notice; in accordance with Section One, Act 125, Acts of
Arkansas, 1913, advising all Owners of real property within Improvement
District Number Thirty-three of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
that a petitionywas presented to said City Council on the / Si -day
of (Oc,lq•-gtozj, 1926, requesting that the contemplated improvement be
undertaken, and that the costs thereof be charged anti assessed
against the real//pro perty within said District; and that on the
