RESOLUTION
TO LEVY THE TAXES FOR 1926 UPON THE REAL AND
P p' SOMAL PRO' a' TY WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS..
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'i'iii1 CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,, ARKANSAS:
SECTION_ONE:

the year 1926 be, and it is hereby declared to be One and One-half (13)
Mills on the Dollar of assessed valuation of all real and personal Pro-
party within the corporate limits of the City of, Fayetteville,: Arkansas
as shown by -the `'Assessment.Bookstfor State and County Purposes, and
that tho same is<hereby levied,and'the Mayor and the City Clerk of said
City are hereby authorized and directed to certify this levy to the
County Clerk of Washington County, Arkansas, to the end that said levy
may placed on the Tax books and collected with State and County Taxes
SECTION TWO: " That the rate of Taxes for City_General Purposes for the ye
year 1926 be, and thesame is hereby declared to be Five (5) Mills on
the'Doller of Assessed Valuation of all real and Personal Property within
the Corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, as shorn by
the Assessment Books for State and County Purposes., and that the same is
hereby livied, and the Mayor and the 'City Clerk are hereby authorized an
and directed to certify this levy to the County Clerk of Washington Coun-
ty‘ Arkansas, to the end. that the same may be placed on the Tax Books and
collected with State and County Taxes.
SECTION THREE: •
That the rate of Taxes for City Hospital purposes for the
year 1926 be,, and the same is hereby declared to be One Mill (2) on the
Dollar of Assessed Valuation of all real and•Personai•Property within the
Corporate Limits:Of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, as shown by the
Assessment Books for State and County purposes, and that the same is
hereby levied, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed`to certify this levy to the County Clerk of Washington County,
Arkansas, ,to the end 'that the sante nay be placed on the Tax Books and col
looted with State and County Taxes.

SECTIOIN FOUR: t
That the rate of•'Tar_es for the purpose of paying the Funding
Bonds of the City of'Fayettevillo, Arkansas, issued under authority of
Ordinance Plumber '569;• passed and approved December 21, 1925, and in con-
formity with the Provisions of Amendment IT.mber 11 to the Constitution #
of the State of Arkansas, as tehe same mature, for the year 1926 be, and
it is hereby declared to be TWO AND ONE*HALF (23) Mills on the Dollar of
Assessed Valuation of..all real and personal Property within•the Corporate
--Li ts,of:tbe-City_of• Fayetteville,• 4rkansas, as _shocin•by the,Assessmentr
Books for State and County Purposes, and that�tho"snmdwis:iTerebV'Teried,—t
and the Mayor and the City Clerk of said City are hereby authorized and
directed to certify this levy to the Comity Clerk of Washington County,
Arkansas to the end that the same may be placed on the Tax Books and col-
lected with State and County Taxes.
SECTION FIVE: •
That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from -
and after its passage and approval, and•that all resolutions in conflict
herewith be, and the.seme are hereby, repealed. 4W-7,
