Whereas, there was submitted to the city council of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, at a meeting thereof, held on the 30th day of
August, 1926, by A. M. Harding and F. F. Stice as the Board of
Commissioners of Annex Number One to Douglas Street Improvement
District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, their report,
together with the plans of the work to be done in the construction of
the improvement contemplated in said annex,
