That N. F. Drake, W. L. Crouch and M. F. Gray, three qualified
electors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and the same are hereby
appointed to constitute the Board of Assessment of Improvement
District Number Thirty -Two (32) of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
to assess the benefits to be received by each lot, block or other
subdivision of land, or railroad tracks or right of way within said
improvement District.
