Whereas, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas held on the 16th day of August, 1926, there was
presented to said Council by L. M. Holt and H. L. Jett, as the Board of
Commissioners of Improvement District Number Thirty-two of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, their report, together with the plans of the
work to be done in the construction of the contemplated improvement
by said Improvement District, and the said report having been read in
open meeting of the said Council, and said plans having been
exhibited to said Council,
